Mr.& Mrs.Thiel!

What a great weekend! Our close friends Josh and Emily got married this last weekend! EVERYTHING was BEAUTIFUL! Gary, Makenzie and I were all in the wedding! It was so fun! Tita and Jaja came up to take care of Makenzie so Gary and I could be involved in all the weekend activities...THANK YOU Tita and Jaja! Makenzie had a great time with them! This was actually the 1st time that someone else put her down for bed...and she did great!

Here are a few photos from after the wedding...I will post more when the photographer gets Em the photos! The photographer took some great shots of Josh and Makenzie! She lit up when it was time to take pics with Josh and Em...she LOVES them! We do too! :)

Makenzie eating cookies and playing with the Bride!

The BEAUTIFUL Bride and her BEAUTIFUL flower girl!
No eating in church! (don't worry we cleaned it up!)

Happy Anniversary my love!

I know that this blog is all about Makenzie but since I am the Producer and Editor I get to ultimately decide what goes on it...and Makenzie wouldn't mind me writing about her Daddy...Considering he is her favorite person in the whole world! I LOVE how much she loves him!

Wow 7 years! Like a fine wine...it keeps getting better (is that too cheesy?)!I am reminded daily why I married you Gary! You are(in no particular order): so loving, caring, handsome, kind, Godly, wise, and gracious. You make me laugh harder than anyone! It is amazing how you can make a "boring" day or night at home so much fun! You just LOVE life and it is contagious! You NEVER see the bad in anyone...your cup is always overflowing! You are a great son to our parents, brother to our brothers and sisters, father to your kids, friend to everyone and husband to me! Thank you for sharing your life with me!

I LOVE YOU!

We are home!

We are home! We had such a great time but we are very thankful to be home too! Nothing beats your own bed! Makenzie slept until 9:40am (Hawaii time 7:40)! That NEVER happens! She is usually up by 6:30am at the latest! Here are some more pics from our trip...Makenzie was great on the plane! A lady who sat in the row ahead of us said that Maki sat quietly for over 20mins while Gary and I slept before she fell asleep! She really is an angel! Her 2 year old molars are coming...actually 1 is in and the other 3 are very swollen. Please pray for her! She is hanging in there like a champ! She is so cute when we put the oragel on her gums...she says "more, more!" Enjoy the photos!

The view!

I love those precious footsteps!

Uncle Doug this one is for you! A guy was fishing on the shore and asked if Makenzie wanted to help...she jumped right in and actually helped reel it in and then held the fish before he threw it back in the ocean! It lived!
She looks so much like Gary in this one!

Pasta in paradise!
Look at this rainbow! We saw them every day we were there! Makenzie and Gary are my pot of gold!!! :)

Silly smile!

Playing with sand! Gary's new camera is fantastic!

She is so beautiful!

Daddy made a swing for her from the vines! Oh to be stranded on an island with Gary would be so great! He can figure ANYTHING out!

You should of seen the floor! That was definitely a 30% tip evening!

Thank God for Mudpie!

Wow we could really get used to living here! No we are not moving! YET! We are having such a great time just doing what ever...when ever we want to! Today my child amazed and humbled me once again! As most of you know Gary LOVES dessert! So this evening we went to Hula's for dinner (fantastic fish!) and the dessert menu was not appealing to us so we went to Cheeseburger In Paradise for dessert...I know we are crazy but in our defense it was on our way home (we walked). We were about half way through when Makenzie grabbed our hands and said "Pray!"...My 20 month old just humbled me to pray and thank God for even dessert! What an amazing sense of thankfulness came upon me...Gary and I just looked at each other and dropped our heads to pray...to thank God for mudpie! What an amazing lesson to learn from our beautiful child...We should thank God for everything in our lives from good health to mudpie! Every good and perfect gift comes from Him! I have more to be grateful for today than ever before...Today was a great day!
Here are some photos of the last couple of days...

After a great afternoon at Hanauma Bay! She was so tired we barely got her in the car seat and she was asleep!
She dunked her head!

At Sunset on Waikiki Beach.

She was so excited for Ice Cream!
